Hey there!

Looking forward to meeting with you and your family! Just so you know, the clinic is located in a private home, in the basement, with its own separate entrance. Here are some details about the office:

  • Parking: Park either on the street or in the driveway – whichever works best for you, both are free! Please note that there is currently some construction out front but the driveway and entrance remain accessible.

  • The Entrance: Located on the west side of the building

  • Quick Check-In: When you've parked, just tap on this check-in link (also in your booking email). That lets me know you're here!

  • Wait for my text: Once you've checked in, I'll send you a text when I’m ready for you to come in. Please ensure you’ve replied “start” to the text request you get from Milkface. I will only ever text you for scheduling/logistics about appointments.

  • Accessibility: Just a note that there's one flight of stairs to get to the office.

  • Shoes on or off!: Whatever you’re most comfortable with.

  • Running on Time: Since we don't have a waiting room and only see one client at a time, we stick very closely to our schedule. This means please arrive right at your appointment time, as we can't accommodate early arrivals or extended stays after your session.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

GETTING READY:

  • Fill out the Intake forms sent to you after booking and keep an eye out for additional messages sent through Practice Better.

  • Co-parents, partners or feeding support family members are welcome to attend with you and your baby, with your consent.

  • If your baby is hungry before the visit, you can feed them some so they aren't frantic when you get here, but we can make it work no matter when your baby's last feed was.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Expressed breast milk or formula if your baby isn’t latching or feeding well or if you want help or support with a bottle-feeding.

  • Bring any feeding aides you are currently using to feed your baby (bottles, syringes, nipple shield..etc)

  • If your goal is to get help with pumping, bring your pump and the flanges.
