Appointments happen at our office right off the Queensway in Westboro or virtually using our secure video call platform.  

We believe that having consults take place in our office allows us to offer you the best care possible. All of our resources and equipment are close at hand. We have an extensive, current breastfeeding and human lactation resource library.  Our scale is regularly calibrated and always accurate.  The clinic has a cozy office located in the basement of a private home, with its own separate entrance.

Free parking is available right our in front.

There is one flight of stairs to get to the office.

A support person in attendance welcome and encouraged. Two sets of ears is better than one sometimes! Written care plans are provided.

If your baby needs supplementation with pumped milk or formula please bring some to the consultation.  

Bring any breastfeeding aids you may be using or have questions about (i.e. Pump flanges for sizing, nipple shields, pillows, etc...)

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things change - especially with a baby! If you need to reschedule or would prefer to move your appointment online, that change can be made at anytime without penalty.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or any previously rescheduled appointments that are canceled, will be charged in full.
