We’re happy to ship pretty much anywhere in the world and use Canada Post as our standard carrier. We ship from Ottawa, Canada and your order will be processed and sent out to ship within 3 business days. Shipping rates charged are based on actual rates from Canada Post and are determined by what you buy, where you live and what shipping method you choose.

Orders over $300
Within Canada and the United States, orders over $300 ship free by the standard shipping method for your country. All other countries will get a $15 reduction on their shipping cost for orders over $300. Should you return items that bring your purchase under $300, the original shipping charges for the items you kept will be deducted from your return.

Returns/Exchanges
Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges. Please do not return items by writing “Return to Sender” on the package – shipping costs for the return postage will be deducted from your return/exchange. Exchanges are sent out with no shipping charges within Canada and the United States, international orders receive a $5 credit towards shipping on exchanges. Free shipping on exchanges only applies to your first exchange. Further exchanges on the same order are charged shipping.

Within Ottawa
We’re pleased to offer Ottawa residents some extra perks, including delivery to your door by a local courier for a $3 delivery charge. Choose Ottawa Local Delivery as your shipping option. Want to pick it up and avoid all shipping charges? No problem, just select Ottawa Local Pick-Up and let us know when you'd like to pick it up.

Within Canada
Expedited Parcel is our standard shipping method in Canada. This traceable method offers insurance and a delivery time guarantee (time guarantee depends on where in Canada you are and varies from 1-6 business days).

Xpresspost is available as an upgrade when shipping within Canada. To some locations, it’s faster than Expedited and offers the same insurance and tracking information.

USA
Airmail is our standard shipping method to the States for parcels under 1kg. Airmail service generally takes from 5-11 business days. Expedited Parcel is our standard service for parcels 1kg and over and is also available as an upgrade to Airmail. Expedited Parcel offers tracking information, insurance and a faster delivery time (3-9 business days).

Xpresspost USA is also available. Xpresspost USA is traceable, has insurance and is faster than Expedited or Airmail.

International
Airmail is our standard shipping method internationally. Delivery time varies widely depending on where you are. Please contact us for more information. For international orders, exchanges get a $5 discount off shipping.

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to duties and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
