My very favorite sling right now is the new Mayawrap padded sling. It has very light padding in a small part of the shoulder--just enough to provide cushion, but not adding bulk and warmth over my shoulder blade and back. And the Maya fabric is so great for a ring sling. The rails are unpadded which I like.
