From work to home to play, The Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra complements whatever activities your day may bring. Moms like Jennifer Garner (who plays Sydney Bristow on ABC's "Alias" - my absolute *favourite* show - so sad it's being cancelled this year!) are already enjoying the benefits, since this attractive bra offers truly amazing shape, support and breathability with the high level of comfort Bravado is known for.
When it comes to comfort and shape, our designers were determined to offer the best of both worlds. The Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra features an innovative cup lining called Bravado CottonFlex™, a revolutionary double-sided fabric that gives you the comfort of cotton on one side and the benefits of polyester/spandex on the other. The result is 100% cotton directly against your skin, giving comfort and breathability, without sacrificing flexibility, support and shape. All this coupled with the silky smoothness of microfiber on the outside of the cup makes for a perfect fit!
Features include:
• Low neckline and superior fit with molded cups that give an incredibly smooth, seamless shape which is flattering under tops and dresses
• Bravado CottonFlex™ lining offers better support than the average 2-layer microfiber bras on the market today
• No underwire, as recommended by health care professionals
• Neckline and straps feature delicate, feminine lace that is soft to the skin
• Adjustable, softly padded shoulder straps that stay in place and offer continuous support
• Nursing flaps open for full breast access
• 4 columns of hooks and eyes on back for increased adjustment
• Sizes 34E, 36D-E, 38C-E and 40B-D have 3 rows of hooks and eyes for increased support (all other sizes feature 2 rows of hooks and eyes)
· In white, black, butterscotch and hot pink
· Machine wash, Hang to dry
Determining your size
With the added fullness that lactation brings on, it’s a must to choose the right-fitting bra with superb support and comfort and that helps you breastfeed with confidence and maintain good breast health.
During pregnancy, most women will increase one full size or more in both the cup and rib band (i.e. from 38D – 40E (DD)). Between 48 and 72 hours after birth, your breasts will increase at least one full cup size or more (i.e. from a C to a D or more), while your rib cage will gradually start shrinking back to your pre-pregnancy size.
To help you find the proper size of The Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra, use our simple 2-step measurement guide.

Step 1: Find your band size. Measure your chest wearing your regular, unpadded bra. Place the measuring tape around your chest and under your arms. Hold the tape measure snugly, but not too tightly, and level to the floor. Stand up straight and breathe normally. This measurement is your band size. Since band sizes come only in even numbers, round up an odd measurement. For example, if the band measurement is 39 inches, then round up to 40 inches.
Step 2: Find your cup size. Still wearing your bra, bring the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts, right over the nipples. Make sure the tape measure is level around your body and don’t pull it too tight. Subtract this measurement from the band size number. The difference, in inches, between the band size number and the bust measurement will determine your cup size, as shown in our chart below. So if the band measurement is 36 and bust measurement is 38, the difference is 2 inches, which means your cup size is B and your bra size is 36B.
