We want you to be comfortable. So we've given you lots of ways to order!
1. Order online - our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. You will get automatic confirmation that your order has been received.
2. Call us - give us a call at 1-866-399-7499 or 613-596-1170. We'd be happy to talk to you.
3. Fax us - why not just write it all down and fax it to 613-761-5762? If you'd like us to confirm receipt of your order with a fax or call back, please let us know - with the appropriate number! - on your fax.
4. Come see us! We're open at 385 Danforth Ave (in Westboro behind MEC).

Return Policy
We want you to be happy. In fact, we want you to love your Milkface Nursingwear so much you'll order more and tell all your friends! If you're not completely satisfied, simply fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and ship the item, with tags still on, back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Personal care items, breast pumps, books and DVDs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
Wrong size? Changed your mind on the colour? No problem. Fill out the return/exchange form included with your order, let us know what you'd like in return and ship it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We'll send you what you REALLY want. Shipping for the first exchange is free of charge within North America, international orders receive $5 off the shipping price of their first exchange. The original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation/Changes Policy
Your order is processed in real time - which means that the fulfillment process begins as soon as you place your order. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately so we can change it before your order has shipped out. If you would like to cancel your order, again please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and it will be processed as a return (see policy above). If your order has not shipped, we can cancel the order - you will be refunded your total amount minus $10 for processing.
Gift Certificates
Milkface Nursingwear gift certificates make a great gift for any mom-to-be or nursing mom. They are available in increments of $25. They can be shipped to you or your intended recipient with a gift message in a beautiful gift envelope.
Gift Wrapping
Your order can be beautifully gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient with a gift card for just $10.
Prices/Currency
All Milkface Nursingwear prices are in Canadian dollars. For an idea of how they will translate to your currency, check out http://www.xe.com/ucc/ Please note that this link is provided as a service only, actual conversion rate is determined by your credit card company at the time of sale.
Sales tax
Milkface Nursingwear is located in Ontario, Canada and as such charges 8% PST to all Ontario customers and 6%GST to all Canadian customers. Customers in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick are charged 14% HST. Those of you elsewhere – no tax for you! However, international orders may be subject to duties and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Canadian dollar money orders and Canadian dollar personal cheques. Money orders and personal cheques must be mailed to our street address and made payable to Milkface Nursingwear. Personal cheques must be cleared before the order is shipped.
